I’ve been more than understanding with this company but they cannot seem to run a business successfully or have a customer service team that even tries.

I’ve had multiple orders that were confirmed and my credit card charged for days, I even get shipping confirmation just for them to cancel the order. This has happened three times in the last month.

Their customer service team is low class and simply doesn’t care at all about fixing ANY issue.

Crap company that I truly hope goes out of business.

I will never order here again. I got a pair of Jordan's for my husband for fathers day and they were to small so i called to exchange them for a bigger size. When i called i was put on hold so they could make sure they had yhe size i needed in stock but that makes no sense because even though i was told they had them they still proceeded to cancel my order almost 2 weeks after i mailed the return back because they weren't in stock and when I called to see why my order was canceled when i was told they were in stock and why my refund was less than the amount I paid they said they just check if they are in stock to process the return but they dont actually hold the shoes and that i still was charged for the shipping costs. I explained how i was not told this when i called to exchange them or when i called even just a few days ago to check on the order and see if it was shipped back and was told they were recieved and would be shipped soon but the representative just says oh yea sorry. They obviously do not care about their customers being satisfied or keeping customers for that matter. I am very disappointed. This was my first and last time shopping here due to the lack of concern and lies.

I am pleased with my purchase! I ordered my shoes, then I saw reviews after I looked up the company I had never heard of before and got such a great deal with. I was horrified to say the least. Even after getting the shoes, I was nervous about what condition they would be in. They looked new, but also looked like someone tried them on once and walked in them because the white part underneath was a lil dirty? Other than that, I have no complaints. They look new, fit pretty good, maybe a little tight across the top, but they stretch. I hope others have a Good experience with this company, like I did. Shoes went out same day I ordered and received in a week, so very timely!

I ordered my Converse Silver Leopard Print High Tops on 4/25 and received on 5/2. It was delayed just one day. They go for $100+ everywhere and WSS had them for $49.99! Absolutely flawless transaction. I will DEFINITELY keep buying from them!
I was skeptical b/c of negative reviews but went for it and I'm THRILLED!

Nice shop.. fast shipping! Good!

They sent me the wrong size shoe (men's 7.5 not women's!?) and then wanted to wait to receive the wrong shoes before shipping the correct items. The guy promised (lied) to send when I verified shipping back, and still didn't ship for another full week. --Not taking responsibility for their errors-- 3 weeks later, I still don't have the shoes. STILL not sure the right size will arrive. And will keep watching credit card for additional charges.

Total waste of time and energy. Shop elsewhere! (And UPS's complete and utter lack of customer service contact makes it even worse. Both packages mysteriously delayed with no arrival estimate, updates or contact allowed. Boycott UPS.)

Bought some shoes and when they came you could tell they had been worn and used. Had to send them back. Never again!

I ordered a pair of shoes and, of course, they took my money right away. Then they sent me pink high tops made for little girls (I ordered Nikes). After forcing me to correct t THEIR mistake, they several days to tell me that what I ordered wasn't available. I asked for a coupon or something to make it right, but that request was refused. I asked for a refund. After they took my money almost immediately after I placed my order, they tell me that I have to wait several days for my refund. Just order your shoes from someone local. They likely have more availability and won't treat you like garbage.

I ordered 2 pairs of champion slippers (45$ ech) and a pair of shoes for my son. It came in 3 separate boxes spread out over a 2 weeks. First box said all items would be in box one so i thought i got scammed but i got it all at a great price, too. It eventually ended up coming! I did use PayPal like other reviewers said to do.
